While you have FuSoYa with you, it would be a good idea to go and
get Rydia's most powerful summon. You can always come back and do
this later, but having two people who can use high-level white magic
will be a bonus in the battle against Bahamut. Bahamuts cave is located
in the centre of a large circle on the moon, which is hard to miss.
The enemies inside are pretty strong, but you should still be able
to handle them. On your way through be sure to grab all of the Samurai
equipment for Cecil. As you progress through the cave, you'll encounter
three boss fights against Behemoths. These are very strong enemies,
but all they'll do is counter attack. Don't hit them with any strong
magic, though, or they'll use an attack called Storm which is like
Weak, but used on everyone. Eventually, you'll come to where Bahamut
resides (see bosses: Bahamut). After defeating Bahamut you can use
Exit to quickly leave the cave.
Hummingway Cave
A little southwest of the crystal palace there's small cave that's
home to the Hummingway family. All that most of these guys do is hum,
but there's one that's a shopkeeper and he's got some good items for
sale (including Elixirs, if you've got the cash). |
