Biography

Keepers of the Masamune... no wait, they are in fact the spirit of the sword itself. Or, possibly even more in fact, perchance the sword is the spirit of them boys themselves. Waiting atop Mt. Denadoro, Masa and Mune represent the famous sword. They transform to administer a test of worthiness to those who would claim the broken sword as their own.

After winning over the pair, they'll reveal their trust in the group and deliver the sword. You'll see them again, though; Masa and Mune originally live in the Kingdom of Zeal and also have a sister named Doreen who will pop in later down the road.
