This jovial old man is an absolute master in the art of weaponry. A 'guru' even, some might say. He first peddles his wares to you at the opening of the Millennial Fair, but you run into him again when visiting Medina. He is the catalyst to a crucial part of the game, for only he can repair the busted Sword

Masamune. No thanks are needed, though—he's just doing his job.
