Final Fantasy IX Thief Skill Abilities

In Final Fantasy IX, active abilities are learned by a single character (or, at most, two). Some of them are magical, some are physical, and some help the party out in some other way, but the common thread is that they must all be actively used by the character. These abilities are permanently available once fully learned with AP, or, in the case of blue magic, once learned by eating an enemy. While you're learning abilities, you can use them for as long as you have their teaching equipment equipped.
