Duncan Harcourt

Biography

Duncan is Sabin's martial arts instructor and the father of Sabin's rival, Vargas. Duncan was killed by Vargas some time before the party meets Sabin.

Just kidding! Duncan can be found living peacefully in the World of Ruin, having faked his death somehow. Locating his hidden cabin results in Duncan teaching Sabin the ultimate technique, Phantom Rush.
