Dorgan

Biography

Dorgan is Bartz's father, a swordsman and adventurer long retired to Rikks, a tiny northern village surrounded by mountains and forests. Dorgan and his beloved wife Stella both died prior to the start of Final Fantasy V, and on his deathbed Dorgan tells Bartz to travel and see the world.

Dorgan isn't just Bartz's father, he's one of the original four Warriors of Dawn, along with Galuf, Zeza, andKelga. After the group seals X-Death in Bartz's world, Dorgan volunteers to stay behind and watch over the seal, presumably settling down with Stella sometime later. Dorgan was a powerful fighter in his prime - when Kelga meets the party he mentions that Dorgan was the only person who could ever best him in combat.
