Job Description

Lancers are your reward for surviving through the thief class. They have high HP, can equip armour, are heavily armed with the 2-panel ranged spear and still have room for shields. Their Jump attacks take a long time to acquire, but provide excellent range making lancers very sturdy and able to attack from great distances.

Job Ability Description

Jump is a great ability, and the best way to learn it is to get Level Jump 8 and Vertical Jump 8, which takes quite a while. Once you get those two, the rest don't mean anything, so have patience. It should also be noted that Jumps cannot be checked in the AT list until after the character is in the air, so it takes some experience in the game to know whether a Jump will hit or not. Ignore Height is also a great movement ability, allowing a character to jump to any height. I would recommend it for all characters.
