Gustav Margriff

Biography
Second-in-command to Wiegraf as part of the Dead Men, the group of revolutionaries looking to damage and create equality from Ivalice's feudal system. Having become disillusioned with his commander's goals, though, Gustav takes on a side job to kidnap Elmdore and both finance his further goals and ruin Wiegraf's reputation. However, he botches the kidnapping and in so doing forces a response in the form of Ramza's group tracking him and rescuing Elmdore. With all of his plans foiled, he finds himself cornered by his former commander. He takes one last stab - quite literally - at saving his plans, but is easily countered by Wiegraf and killed.
