Is there anyone that you can steal the "Gem Box" relic or the "Offering" relic from?

And no. I don't know of any monster you can steal those from. The Offering can be received after killing Katana Soul and you can receive the Gem Box is received after opening the treasure chest at the Fanatic's Tower rooftop.
