I already searched the CoN walkthrough and I can't find where to get Cloud! How! What chapter! I need to know! I'm on the Second Chapter in Goug Machine City! Help?!?

You have a ways to go. You get Cloud in the fourth chapter, when the game's almost over. CoN does have a detailed section on how to get him, in the Sidequests section of the FF Tactics walkthrough, here. If you follow the walkthrough correctly Cloud should join in Battle 64.

i always found rpgclassics to be more helpful for the cloud side-quest. they have pictures
