yo can anyone here tell me how to get a dragoon on my team because i think they are the coolest but i cant figure it out.

In this game they're called "lancers," and they're relatively easy to get early on, although the spears aren't really on-hand. You need a level two thief, which comes from a level two archer, which comes from the squire class.
