can i get it in Bone Village???

although i can't confirm it myself, i *have* read several testimonies to that effect. i believe the answer is "yes."

You can get it in Gold Saucer, as with all the good stuff, but I never heard about a Bone Village Variant. Hmm, this requires investigation...

I think you're confusing it with the W-Summon materia, that can be bought at the GS' Battle Square.
