Besides the ones listed here Duh...

There are none. The guide is quite comprehensive in my opinion. It explains the only 5 or so ways to get one. If you want just one completing side quests seems to be the way. However if you need a lot . One thing you can do Is, if you were lucky enough and you fought dragons in the world of balance is try to fight them on the veldt (this will take a long time) The other option of course is morphing the samurai and retainers but morphing requires that you took the Ragnarök as an esper. It's a lot eaiser on the floating continent. However it can be done.
