To increase the general creepiness factor, you're now due to wander into the Limberry crypt. Surely nothing bad can happen down here and Alma will be sat waiting for you, perhaps knitting?

Limberry Castle Cemetery

This battle is pretty easy if you simply focus on Zalera. Meliadoul will mostly hide in the corner and distract all the skeletons - which, why are they here in this crypt for humans? - and the Knights won't do much; if they get in the way, just throw ItemPhoenix Downs at them and move on. Zalera is mightily weak to Holy just as prior Lucavi, so bring along your party member(s) who can cast it.

Predictably, it also doesn't like Holy Explosion, so Orlandu and Agrias are handy in that regard. Bring along healers because he can get angry and deal significant damage, but if you have people constantly attacking, particularly from range given the tight space and myriad obstacles, he won't last long and will finally give in. Finally, you're through with Elmdor and whatever sort of evil bug he turned out to be.

Once finished, Meliadoul will apologize for not believing you when you told her that Vormav was responsible for Izlude's death. She'll join the group and bring along a Holy Stone. If you're not planning on using Meliadoul, at least get her for her awesome sword, KnightswordSave the Queen. It's not as powerful as KnightswordExcalibur, but it gives its wielder Auto-Protect and Auto-Shell, making it excellent equipment for a tank character.

Meliadoul mentions that Dycedarg was also given a Holy Stone by the Templar, so Ramza decides to return to Igros Castle to finally find out what's going on…

Meanwhile, Ovelia is shocked to find a bloodied Olan run into her room and lock it. She tends to his wounds but eventually, Delita - reminder, now the king - bursts into the room with Balmafula and demands that Ovelia leaves. She pretends to leave but listens in on the conversation. Delita is trying to build a kingdom for Ovelia, but it's evident he's using that to his own ends. Balmafula goes to finally fulfill her mission as an obvious double-agent and take Delita out, but she doesn't have the nerve to do it, and the scene ends with an offscreen scream.
