Mass New Media

As you might recall from a previous news post, I promised a pretty good chunk of new media coming your way. Finally I got around to doing it.

Here's what you'll find:

Final Fantasy I Official Art
Final Fantasy IV Official Art
Final Fantasy V Official Art
Final Fantasy VI Official Art
Final Fantasy I Downloads, including NES hacks, ROM editors, wallpaper, and audio files.

I took quite a bit of time assembling these sections, so I hope you enjoy them. Thanks also to Neal, Djibriel, Kappa, and others for their help in sourcing content.

	Actually, I forgot something. We have a new DexDrive save available for Final Fantasy IV, Final Fantasy V, and Final Fantasy VI too. See them all in each game's respective downloads section. And thanks, Hamedo, sucking up like that ALMOST gets you out of the hole you dig by spamming up threads to make smartalec comments!

	Touche'. The most impressive of the new additions, IMHO, is the work you guys did with FFI. I hope there are mor entries for wallpapers, though. I love Narratorway's BM wallpaper. The media was a disappointment only because I can't download programs or executable files here at work, thus no winamp or other player....so alas... no FFI music to listen to as I fill your lovely forums with spammity goodness. I'll have to wait till I get home for that, much to the pregnant wife's chagrin.

	I always had the impression that the discussion of roms was somewhat frowned upon. I think there was a post somewhere that said that. Edit: Thanks for the clarification Tiddles. Interesting reference by the way...

	You can't distribute ROMs here, or link to them, blah blah. But you can talk about using them, and distribute emulators etc. which are perfectly legal. You know: like how you can talk about taking drugs in the clear, and sell obvious drug-use-related bits and bobs, but setting up a big stall in the middle of the city with COCAINE written at the top isn't going to fly. Kind of.

	It's definitely only fitting that we should go nowhere other than CoN to get those lovely bits o' artwork when we need them. By the way, did you get the FF1 ones from the Origins game? Just guessing... and mucho thanks!
