FFVII: Advent Children Screens

Courtesy of RPGamer, here are 30 screens from the much talked about, upcoming FFVII: Advent Children

It includes pictures of Turks and Vincent Valentine, as well as scenery shots and weapons. Not many are very clear, but perhaps they don't want to leak too much of it yet.

The release date for this DVD only release is still uncertain.

	Meh, looks like Barrett's taken his gun off. "Yo betta get that damn gun back on, boiyo!" Vincent looks super cool. I'm still waiting for the screenshot of Yuffie, and trust me if she's not in it I will literally burst into tears.

	Forgive me if I'm stating something obvious that I've missed, but doesn't it look like it's actually FFVII in movie format and not some sort of sequel? It even shows a scene from Possible spoilers: highlight to view Aeris' death. It could be a flashback, but I don't know... Plus, the fact that it's DVD-only hints that is a "for fans" release, which means it could very well be just a movie version of the game. Don't get me wrong, though. I think a movie version of this great game would be awesome. I'm just trying to figure out whether it is that or a sequel.

	Well, it seems to show screenshots of the following people: Cloud Sephiroth Barret Aeris Vincent Elena, Reno, and Rude ???Jenova??? Gunblades? WTF? They had better put Cid, Yuffie, Red XIII, Tifa, and Cait Sith in there, as well. I must say that with each new release of screenshots, trailers, etc., my anticipation reaches new heights. I hope they get some real good voice actors to play the parts.

	That's a very good point, sbq. Unfortunately, we just don't know. The word sequel has been used a lot, and there was a trailer released that did show Sephiroth and Cloud. It could be those are flashbacks, it could be that this is a movie version of the game. As soon as we get more word on that, we'll be posting a topic.

	It doesn't look like FFVII in movie form, more like a movie with such a little plot that they need so many flashbacks. No more Gunblades looks more like Barret's weapons (that hook thing. Atomic Scissors?) The omniscient view hurts my eyes. I agree with the title they put on this one this one. Megaman. Heh. And right after I start getting into Bob and George.

Seph in the other screenshots still have the long hair. And I think Cloud looks worse. And the screenshots of Sephiroth make him look like Avril Lavigne. But this has all been said before...

	Maybe all of the screenshot are from a section of the movie that is a recap of the game to let eveyone who didn't do all of the side quest like getting Vincent or Yuffie know what's going on...or maybe for ppl who didn't play the game but think the movie looks cool or even for all of us who have played the game and just want a redo of the game with better graphics...you know just to add to the effect of the making of a sequel...who knows,these are just suggestions.

	Luckily, I have an entire magazine article on this upcoming movie. It has things from whats going on in it up to release dates. I will post the entire article up here when I get home tonight (using the edit button of course ). Be looking for it tonight if you want to know more information about it. So, why didn't I wait till I got home instead of just waste a post. Here is why. The article is kind of long. If you mods don't want me to put it up cause of it's length, plz tell me. It is probably about one page long. PM me on they aye or nay. Thanks.

	Seeing as Cid has been in every Final Fantasy game,there is a great chance of him being in Advent Children. What would we do without him,Red,Yuffie,etc....? I hope he is in it!
