I'm trying to find coral rings in the town of mirage but i can't seem to find 'em.Can anyone tell me where they are located in the town?

They should be in the armor shop. When you're in the armor shop, head up to the top of the counter and press the 'action' button. That should open up the counter and let you into the 2nd side. Remember, in Mirage, every shop has 2 shopkeepers...

Yes, but coral rings are very,very expensive.
