What's "wsword magic"?
Sword magic simply has the person with !MagicSword cast a spell onto ally's weapon, and then the sword's effect when used in attack will be influenced by the spell applied. Only certain spells can be applied; the list is a particular combination of White and Black spells. I'm not sure what happens if you use !MagicSword while holding two happens. I'm also not sure if it is possible to apply spells to weapons other than swords, and I can't remember if you can apply it to anyone's weapons (including but not limited to your own). I do know however that the effect lasts until the end of battle unless stopped prematurely, which I would guess would be due to things like KO and applying a different spell (but I'm not sure). Stone status may also affect this. Many "principal" white magic spells do not appear on the list, if that's what you're referring to by your "w". There is not Cure-based sword magic, for example. -------------------- Check the "What games are you playing at the moment?" thread for updates on what I've been playing. If you're holding two weapons magic sword will work, as long as the weapons are compatable.
If you want to think sword magic through, you cast the spell to imbue the weapon with that property (I.E. fire) and you attack will be boosted by magic and contain fire's properties. -------------------- "Have you ever seen a baby do that before?" |

Simply, use !Magicsword and pick the spell you wanna imbue. Then, just select Attack or any similar command (!X-Fight, etc) and your attack will have added elemental/damage.

Quote (!X-Fight, etc) Xfight doesn't work in conjunction with magic sword. The game would be lopsided if it did. -------------------- "Have you ever seen a baby do that before?" |
