My favorite scene is when Setzer finds the Falcon in Daryl's Tomb, he has flashbacks and then when he gets the Falcon out of the Tomb.

I'd have to say the scene that plays when you first visit Figaro Castle with both Edgar and Sabin in your party. The one that flashbacks to the King dying, and the brothers flip a coin to determine who'll choose their path. I just think the music fits the scene absolutely perfectly. Couldn't ask for more out of a scene.
Kudos also to the scene that plays when Gau finally meets his father in the World of Ruin. |

Gotta say, this whole game's a treat
![]() That said... hmm... so many Scene's to choose from... Gotta say though, popping in my Brand Spanking New FF"III" cartridge into my Snes and witnessing the awesome power of Mode 7 graphics with Magitek armour tromping off towards Narshe blew my mind... aaahhh, so young and innocent ![]() Wonderfully appropriate music too! The scene when you first meet Setzer, if
Possible spoilers: highlight to view Edgar and Sabin are both in your party. Celes takes the trick coin from Edgar, and when Setzer says "A coin with identical sides...?" Sabin looks shocked and says, "Brother! You didn't...?!", which is referring to the coin flip that decides who will rule Figaro. -------------------- "Getting upset over a trifle would indeed be unmannerly." -Afra to Damia |

I have a few favorites. The opera scene is awesome, and I have a lot of memories playing it because it was the first scene I ever saw, since my cousin was playing and was almost halfway through.
Possible spoilers: highlight to view I also like the scenes that Leo and Gestahl are killed, and all of the Floating Continent scene. I also like the scenes in Vector, and also the scenes with Banon. To me they make you feel part of the conflict and closer to the game, which is one of the reasons I like the game so much. Probably the most nostalgic scene is Kefka's Tower. When you drop in the first time, it is dark and there are spotlights flickering back and forth, it really is cool. Other than that, I like just about all of them equally, I'm probably missing a few great ones because there are so many. -------------------- |

Yeah i love the little scene where you find Gau, and probably all the flashbacks, you discover a little more through every play through. The first time i saw the opera scene though i thought it was really good!

Hmmm....My favourite scene was the opera scene. I think it's amazing how Ultros knows that it'll take exactly 5 minutes for him to push the weight down. I also like how they had voices for each character who was singing and the music was great. Draco's voice gave me mild amusement.

Floating continent, hands down. One, I honestly thought that was going to be the end of the game. Two, it's the climax of the plot - everything that happens up to that point is leading to it, and everything after is a reaction to it.
