I had an accident today while i was playing some old school tekken, my playstaion is very old so i have to stand it on it's side or else it wont read games, so while i was playing i pulled on the controller a bit and my ps fell over on disc two of FFIX and BROKE IT! ofcourse i'm a bit angry and can't complete the game now.

So have a question, is there anywhere i can get disc two without having to buy the other three?.

Honestly, probably not. I think you will probably have to re-buy the game.

Well, you could always look in a pawn shop, but the chances of you finding just the disc two and not the game are one in a billion! Still, doesn't hurt to try. Since the game's been out for a while, it shouldn't be "that" expensive, just about $15-$20 dollars.

Sorry about what happened. ohmy.gif

Actually you can get it new from amazon.com for 15 with shipping and handling.

old store warehouses that have leftover videogames.

Similiar thing happened to me I go the game for free, disk four turned out to be botched. So i had to spring for actually buying the game myself

Just out of curiosity, what do you mean by your disc was "botched?" I've really never had any problems with disks that rinsing them with water and drying them with a washcloth didn't fix. I've boughten disks used that are all scratched up, the cutscenes are choppy or the game freezes up, then I rinse the dust off of them and they are fine.

No-Name, BDZ was referring to Cloud_Strife510's post.

I've had a similar problem with FF8. Although all of them in are in one piece, they're all scratched like hell (pre-owned). So at the end of disc 1, when it goes to a cutscene, the game freezes and I can't progress. The only time i did get through, I was using my brother's PS2. Haven't had the opportunity since.
