whenever Aires dies after the Jenova battle the people go see Aires and does some expression of missing her i know that Tifa strokes her hair and runs off crying
but what do the other people do to show the miss her?

Kitten Sith does looks like he's throwing a fit with the mog pounding the ground and what-not, and Red XIII howls, I think. I can' t remember what Yuffie does.

My party selection is so narrow.

Yep, Yuffie laughs at first out of sheer shock and disbelief, and then falls into Cloud's arms crying.

If i'm not wrong, Cid looks up as if in prayer, and looks down at Aeris sadly.

Barret stands in front of Aeris, his head bowed, and then he shakes his head.

i think Vincent either strokes her hair or places his hand on her shoulder, i had him in my party, but i can't quite remember, it must have been something along those lines as he walked right up to her.

i think Tifa gently touches Aeris' cheek as well.

Yep, that was a really sad moment.

Yuffie bawling is the most impacting thing I always remember about the immediate aftermath, actually.
