He's definately a pain to beat. I'm sure there are plenty of faqs and guides around on beating him though.

My suggestion is that first, you stalk up on Elixirs. Second, you'd better have both omega arts accessories equiped and hopefully the Sora's Ultimate Weapon keyblade. Hopefully, you've also leveled up considerably, I was at 80 when I finally beat him.

For the first bar of health, you just want to run in, hit him as many times as possible and get out. Don't finish a full combo to knock him away, as he only dissapears and attacks you from above or behind, or worse, uses his massive fire skill which'll do serious damage. Just go for three hits, super glide away, wait until he's walking again and do the same.

After a while of this, he'll start using his flame skill more often and fly around the arena slashing at you, you'll be tempted to super-glide but the dodge-roll is a lot safer. Wait until he eventually calms down and continue your pattern.

At some point, you'll hear him scream something out, I forget what, then he draws this energy to him and attacks you, which completely drains your health to it's last bar. The trick is, if you're close enough to him, he's extremely vulnerable to a full combo and won't dissapear for the counter-attack. Hit him hard. If he's too far away, open up your items and get ready to use an elixir the second the spell hits you, because he ALWAYS follows up with a teleport behind him, sword slash combo.

Hopefully this helps. Goodluck.
