I am stuck and I don't know what to do...
I'm in the Worrld Of Ruin in Owzers (not sure about the name) house and I need to click twice on the lady picture to continue in the house, but nothing happens... I checked all the walkthroughs I found and some says I need to click the flowersw picture. The weird thing is that the walkthrough says that when I enter the house the lights are off and I need to turn them on, but they were already on when I entered. Please help me... ![]() |

You need to look twice at the picture of the Emperor, Gestahl. Once at the flowers and once the lady.
About the lights, what version/platform are you playing? If you're emulating it could be a graphics issue. Just press the switch by the staircase anyway before proceeding. -------------------- "I fell off the mountain of words at around the 10,000ft mark. 10x but it didn't worked out. By the way I am emulating and I tought it may be a file or emulation problem, but it doesn't seem right, cause I played many games on emulators, including Final Fantasy so I'm really upset..

With an emulator you never really know, in one playthrough of FFV at the beginning I parked the ship on the shore outside of the wind shrine, got into a battle, and afterwards the ship dissapeared. All i had to do to remedy the situation was go back to a previous save file, before the battle, and everything was good. So maybe you just need to go back, leave Jidoor, come back in and try again. Or go d another subquest and try again later. You just never know.

You let Shadow die at the Floating Continent, so Relm is at the Cave in the Veldt. You have to go there first. After she leaves Thamasa for Jidoor, you'll be set.
Also, the flower painting only triggers a battle with three NightShades, which have an excellent Rage for Gau. It's a one-time encounter that will disappear once Relm rejoins, so I'd suggest you fight them if you value Gau whatsoever. -------------------- |

Which Super Nintendo emulator are you using? If it's ZSNES, try pressing the number "6" (the one above the letters) to make sure that all graphical layers are enabled. It is easy to disable one layer and freak out that there's something wrong with the ROM.
If all else fails, download a different copy. I've never had a problem with mine, but I suppose it's possible that there's a corrupt copy floating around. -------------------- The world before the fall... Delightful is the light of dawn... Noble is the heart of man... |

It's really not a ROM or emulator issue. Like ZED said, if you have to save Relm in the Cave on the Veldt and you haven't yet (or if she's still healing up in Thamasa) the 'dungeon' isn't activated yet and it's just an empty, lit house.

Quote (Djibriel @ 21st July 2006 05:25) if you have to save Relm in the Cave on the Veldt and you haven't yet (or if she's still healing up in Thamasa) the 'dungeon' isn't activated yet and it's just an empty, lit house. True. It makes since that you must first rescue Shadow/Relm from the Cave on the Veldt, since Relm plays a major role in this event. Possible spoilers: highlight to view Owzer hires Relm to paint the Esper Starlet, and -- as you might predict -- the painting comes to life. -------------------- The world before the fall... tanx every one for your answers, and sorry for the late response. The odd thing here is that I really didn't get relm yet, but I got the Lord Ghatsel letter... /:
