FFIV: Bio: "BennennaanaaaNAAWOU!"
FFIV: Meteor: "Beeubeeubeeubeuu!" FFVI: Kefka's laugh. Yeah, share your favorite FF SFX here. I love Bio. Edit: I tried making onomatopeia. This post has been edited by Zeromus_X on 25th July 2006 11:15 -------------------- |

FFVII's BIO. For me the bigger it is it lasts longer, so more weird chemical sounds for us.

either the charging noise in FFVII (fshhhhhwhiiiiiiiiii!)
or the death of someone in tactics (mooah!) -------------------- Can you pull down the dawn? It's been so dark since you've been gone and we've been begging for the morning to come. We were so optimistic, wasn't it so easy to be? We were young and naive. -The Hush Sound: Eileen |

Can't think of my all time favourite yet but I remember on FFX when you first get on the SS.Liki a woman in the Chocobo Powered Engine Room she sings a little tune. La la la la la la la la la la. Dunno why that just sticks out in my mind.

The sound that the Anima summon makes in FFX when you call upon him is something that will give you nightmares.

I personally prefer the CT SFX. Ozzie's laugh and scream and Frog's croak. Kefka's laugh is really good though. -CSM

I think I enjoy most is the creepy moaning sound the planet makes in FFVII. Way back when I first beat it, I remember hearing that noise when it was, like, 2am and I was home all alone - creeped me out a bit, I must admit.
I also like the choice made for the Holy spell in FFT, a slow build then HOLY KABOOM! -------------------- Games on the Go Final Fantasy VII Final Fantasy: Four Warriors of Light Baldur's Gate Too much to play, so little time! Greg |

Although I'm not partial to Sephiroth in any category, the blade-slicing effect (squiiiing!) is pretty awesome. It's only heard a few times, but you hear it in the Mt. Nibel reactor, when he cuts...
