Megabits, not bits. Don't confuse the issue: if you're going to say it's x-bit, it's definitely 16. But in terms of ROM size, it does appear to be 32Mbit (as does SD3).

And honestly, I don't think nagging is going to help tremendously. Square has tended to listen to the overall feeling about its games, I think (see FF9's return to its roots after dislike of FF8) but really, it's not always the best decision for their profits (see how noone bought FF9), and I personally don't think a group set up to lobby them on porting a particular game will exert enough influence to change any decision. But hey: nothing to lose but your time in trying, so why not?

it's really up to square to decide what they want to port.. ie. star ocean. <--- enix gave us part 2 and 3 why not give us part 1.

I think FFVI would be good on GBA. A possible chance for it to be on Nintendo DS.

i'd still think FFIII/VI and Chrono Trigger are one of the best Snes games!
it's a shame that they have not come to GBA!
Just a shame!
can't they just take the hint?
The Crowd: "WE WANT FFIII/VI & CHRONO TRIGGER TO GBA"

My ultimate GBA gaming dream is for them to release FFVI and CT on the same cartridge. I'm not sure whether it could fit on one or not, but I'd be willing to pay $50 for it.

FFVI on GBA would be awesome, yes.

All we have to do is bring a copy of FFVI up to the head cheese at SquarEnix, whack him over the head a few times while chanting "money", over and over and over again. We'll know we've succeeded in getting through when he suddenly grabs the FFVI box we had, and yell something to an inferior. Then we leave.

Anyone want to join me?

As Shinrin said on the previous page, there has already been anounced a Final Fantasy I and II for the GBA. Rumor has it, that this is preparation for the later games, so that it doesn't seem odd that they only ported a couple of them; so, we may very well see FFVI coming to GBA sometime soon. Whether these rumors are true, however, and whether it will be shipped to the US (it's only been announced in Japan) remains to be seen. *hopes*
