Question about Cover Materia

Is it worth using or should i take it off? It's mastered so my cover person covers all the time.

Use it for limits. If you want someone to get quick limits have them equip the materia. Otherwise I didn't really use it much.

It's pretty good if the character it is equiped to has high HP then he can save the others from being hit most of the time.

That's pretty much all I used it for. Like during the fight at ShinRa, Aeris was always my weakest character so I put in on Barret and he took most of the hits for her. If you have mastered cover and mastered counter attack equipped on a guy(or girl), he will always take the hit then he will counter and hit the enemy so that's kind of useful.

I found it useful when I had one person (I've only mastered Cover once, so I usually only have one copy) who had a very strong or very useful limit. For example, I put Cover on Aerith in the fight with Lost Number so I could use Seal evil again and again. My other characters barely took any damage that way.

It's much faster.
