Vital involvement in the Final Fantasy VII section of CoN. 
Some of the song that I love are already listed. I'll add one, cause of the good memory it brings to me : "Scarborough Fair" by Simon & Garfunkel, one of the greatest melody I ever heard. On the same album, there also "April, come she will" (both are on "The Graduate" OST, I think).

I absolutely *swoon* every time I hear the Moulin Rouge version of "Your Song" (Ewan McGregor [MacGregor?] sings it).  If a guy ever sang that to me I would be his.

There's also "My Only Love" from the NA version of Sailor Moon.  And "Moonlight Destiny", the ending theme to the Sailor Moon S movie.  And even though I know it wouldn't apply to ANYthing in real life, I also like "Tuxedo Mirage".
