Personally I'd go with either Clouds, or Vincents [assuming you trained that guy like crazy to make the weapon crazy]

I'm going with Cid's since it is dependant on his MP and i never use magic with him, it's always at the top of it's game.

Never mind the fact that it's slightly unwieldly..........Cid's Venus Gospel is pretty dang awesome.

Although, I'm a big fan of Cloud's as well

I was close to voting Yuffie's one because you can use Morph at full power...

But I had to go for HP Shout for Cait Sith because of a running joke between me and my friends.

Vincent's Death Penalty, man! The more kill count, the stronger the weapon and I'm one of those jokers that train Vincent like crazy to amp up the power of his final weapon, even though I prefer swords.

I'll go for the Ultima Weapon. All the other ones piss me off sometimes with all the weird things they all have. Like Tifa's is cool, but once your limit bar is down it sucks.

I haven't had Vincent's in a while-since I played the first game, but I'm sure its equally awesome.

Ultima Weapon, for pure strength. Plus, 8 Materia slots come in handy, if not overkill.

My favorite is clouds. It looks really cool, has great stats and totally looks like something cloud would wield.

Vincents is also cool but i'm a bigger fan of blades than i am of guns.

Looks-Clouds,when he has no HP pretty cool too
DMG-Clouds & Vinc's *Tifa's is way to hard since u gotta use ur limit instead of attack*
Location-Vinc's cus u can get it pretty early, same with Clouds if ur a decent lvl to fight

First of all, you misspelled "Barret", and second of all, his is my favorite final weapon. Just load it with completed materia, and it never fails to deal out straight nines for me.

tifa's with added cut attached to deathblow makes for the best faux physical attack in the game. just load up her limit and then never use it since it sucks anyway. otherwise, cid's is useful for being mp-dependant and yuffie's for a more powerful morph, which is a necessity for stat-maxing. vincent's sucks, because no matter how many enemies you kil with him, it doesn't seem to make a difference in the dmg he does. the coolest looking ones are probably cloud's and red's. anyway, i never use any of these weapons except vs point of no return enemies because they don't grow AP.

[B] red XIII and barret all the flippin' way man.

red XIII: dependent on his max mp; solution: put <mp-hp> switch materia on red XIII. with this his limit breaks that multi hit should kill any monster like nuthing except the weapons, it may take a while using his limit break.

barret:this guy is dependent on the ap on his materia; solution: get the under water materia and stock up om elixers. go fight magic pots in the nothern crater. these will give 2400 ap for each magic pot.when you have about 80,000 ap on the under water materia then his multi-hitting limits such as angermax and catastrophe will do a oad of extreme damage to an enemy.

For looks, Kitten Sith's.

For overall good, Yuffie or Cloud's, or Kitten Sith's, which is basically his version of Ultima Weapon.

Tifa's and Vincent's weren't practical at all, Vincent's requires too much work, while the others need no preparation, and Tifa's just plain sucks. (On it's own, at any rate.)

With the right setup, Barret, Red XIII, and Cid can anhillate enemies. (The HP<=>MP trick was already mentioned, I believe.)

I havent tried out the yuffie morph thing yet but you do get her weapon much after getting morph itself
I defo agree that tifa's weapon is a let down seeing as it only really becomes useful when you use her limit (apart from the added cut trick, which is flawed seein as deathblow wont always hit) I'd go for gods hand instead for allround goodness.
Cait sith's one is surely the best as far as names are concerned (HARRY POTTER!!) but for the people who like Clouds for looks try this-

go into a fight with ruby weapon with only cloud alive and with Ultimate weapon equipped. when ruby puts his hands (tentacles, whatever) into the ground watch the look of the sword. it turns an almost metallic colourr and looks sharper but still retains the deep blue colour, try this when clouds health is low for an even cooler look.

private joke - (still sharpe, your health is low do u have any potions, blueberry pie?)

thus the point of attaching "added cut" and substituting deathblow for the usual physical attack when limit bar is full.

True, but playing the piano to get the limit is more fun than the battle arena, Gelnika, the safe battle in the Shinra mansion, the Pagoda and speaking to that poor woman in Corel all put together. Therefore it's the best limit in my eyes.

Actually the piano is one of my favourite bits in the game. No idea why, maybe it's the lack of a piano in my room.

Definitely gotta go with Yuffie's Conformer. It's not exactly weak when attacking normally, and the morphing bonus? Uber helpful, especially if you want to morph all those guys in the Gelnika, or get 3 Ribbons. Plus, it's just neat looking. Being completely shallow for a moment, Vincent's or Cid's probably wins based solely on looks. But Yuffie almost wins that race, too, as it's just...so cool-looking!! pinch.gif *cough* Ahem, sorry.

Cloud's ultima weapon because it has great strength and a lot of materia slots. Another reason is Cloud is my favorite character.

Believe it or not, I've realized that Yuffie's weapon does the most damage, and I've tested this against enimies with insanely high armor. I see that Yuffie, at level 99, does even more damage than Cloud. There is a limit break that Yuffie has, kinda like Barret's Ungarmax, that will do a tremendous amount of damage. Yuffie's morph damage, does about 8000 on my character, and this is tremendously useful when in the Gelnika Plane "leveling up and becoming more powerful" even after level 99.

The Ultima Weapon because it looks lethal and it's big!
It's got great strength which isn't based on anything like some of the others and the 8materia linked slots are very handy.

I like Barrets. Just put four Master "Knights of the Round"s into it and it'll morph five enemies (with Mega All) by 9999 HP.
