Hey staffers, im gonna throw this out bluntly, like a stick with pool chalk on it...How exactly does someone go to becoming a staffer? This would be very helpful info for later in the CoN staffers lives if they need to pass on their duties to the next gen?

When they want more staff, they make an announcement, and decide amongst themselves who they'll go for. It usually ends up being someone who has been around for a while that the staff knows and trusts, and who has demonstrated ability and competance.

You have to suck up every chance you get and insert yourself into the close knit group of CoNners, pretending you belong. Then you waste years of your life in chat hitting on Josh.

Just wanted to check, because i had my eye on trying to be a staffer in the somewhaty future, thats all!

You have to be really active* then once you become a staffer disappear and it will be as if you are not hired.
This allows more people to be hired. *on the internet eating cookies, not outside |
