Load times= Bad
Playing FFVI= Good. Unless you're one of those weird people with morals, just get a ROM. It'll save alot of time. But if you must get the PS1 version. It has those spiffy FMVs and other extras. But get it, play it, and love it, regardless. -------------------- |

I'd suggest waiting, because FFVI on the PS1 takes too long to load, and in a couple months FFVI is going to be re-released for GBA which will be portable and probably load quicker than FFVIPS1

About how much (in US$) is a PS1 "used, but plays perfectly" copy of FF6 worth? I would prefer to get a ROM, or the GBA version, but I don't have a GBA, and can't find a ROM. Thanks.

My advice: get an emulator and the ROM. I'm playing the PSX version now, and I'm getting quite mad at it. Load times are a real pain.

The GBA version's going to be very easy (which is saying something for FFVI), so a ROM is just the best obvious choice. Or, if you can actually obtain a NA SNES copy.
Edit: Yeah, NED's link is cool. -------------------- |
