Yes, it's called Wind Slash. It's the exact same attack that Mog uses in a few of his dances. In the case of the Tempest, Wind Slash can be cast INSTEAD of doing a physical attack.
... which is a giant waste of time, because I'd rather watch a character do eight physical attacks, instead of watching the animation for eight Wind Slashes. Not to mention (as everybody's pointed out before), that the amount of leveling you have to do with Cyan is a giant waste of time in itself. |

Also not to mention that its really boring watching each and every tempest, even more so when its complete overkill and not very fun. But that's my opinion, of course ;D

In fact my team was lvl99 on FF6 when I was 9 years old (im 20 now) so if my nine WHOLE years of patience and skill is enough to max out on FF6..... well it just doesnt bear to mention what I terrribly "unskilled" person would make of the game -.-
Try completing Ninja Gaiden (the Xbox version, not the NES version, albeit both are equally challenging) on Master Ninja mode then come back and talk about skill. In conclusion a time saving trick isnt a trick if its not saving time, why would you want to take the long way round? -------------------- |
