Once upon a time (circa 1995, I believe), there was a game developed by Presto Studios and Sanctuary Woods called "The Journeyman Project". I remember I got it by pure luck: my cousin happened to have it thrashed around. You can say I rescued it from the depths of Hell (yes, my cousin's house is just like that
![]() How can I put it... loved it. Every single second of it. Looking backwards at it, graphics were pretty awful indeed (everything in the game was seen through the main character's monocle (called Biotech Implant) and it's really small), but it got me hooked to kingdom come. Must've beaten it over twenty times. Then, after seeing its sequel on a local videogame store, I was thrilled. Couldn't afford it at that moment, and when I came back another day, it was gone. Sold. That was in 1998, I believe. Ever since then, I've been looking for that sequel (The Journeyman Project 2: Buried In Time), but never found it again. Then, in 2001, my parents decided to go on vacation to the United States, and needless to say I followed (heh ![]() ![]() When we returned from vacation, first thing I did was to try those damn games. First one worked perfectly. Third one worked flawlessly. Then I popped in the second game... and the devil showed its ugly face again. The game kept asking for the second disc to be inserted. I had already inserted it. Realizing something was wrong, I browsed through the discs, and realized the flaw: Disc Two was EXACTLY THE SAME as Disc Three. A complete copy. So I was stuck with one Disc One, and two Disc Three. Result: game unplayable (it starts with Disc Two). There was no "go back to the store and complain" for me, living in Argentina... And here I am, creating this thread to ask if any merciful soul here knows where the hell I can find (by "find" I mean "download" ![]() If anybody here knows, I beg you to tell me ASAP. Oh, and thanks for reading this thread. Sorry 'bout the length. ![]() Alex -------------------- "But he's the sort of man who can't know anyone intimately, least of all a woman. As per the rules of CoN, we're forbidden to openly post links to ROM sites - or to any others that offer free albeit illegal downloads of commercial games in alternate formats - within the threads. Even so, I wouldn't know of such a site where it'd be available anyway (I've never even heard of the game, heh).
![]() However, I'm sure there're places like eBay or Amazon.com where you can search for and maybe even find what you're looking for. Since I'll have nothing to do a li'l later, I'll browse around and see what I can come up with. I'll PM you if I find anything. Oh, sorry. I didn't know you could ask about downloads. I'm closing this thread. Thanks anyway.
