I've noticed that there are many people with posts of zero, but have been here for ages. Alarumingly, the newest one is ''Admin69''. Can you do something about them?

Realistically, some people may come around here, find the site interesting, sign up, then realize it's really not for them. I've had that experience with some other forums, although I didn't yet sign up for them before I decided not to bother with them.
