I believe magic power and magic defense (maybe also physical attack/defense?) are doubled, and you don't have to wait for your turn to attack--you can pull off a string of attacks as fast as they can be executed.

It just gives you a boost to Terra's stats.

And doesn't it last longer if you don't use it until it's gone (making her automatically revert) all the time? I thought I'd heard that somewhere.
