Is there a trigger for being able to go through Owzer's house in the WoR? I can't for the life of me get attacked by the picture and it's bumming me out.

There are some spoilers here, I think...

There is a trigger if you didn't save Shadow on the Floating Continent. If you DID wait long enough to rescue Shadow, then there is no trigger to go through the dungeon in Owzer's House. If you didn't save Shadow, then first you have to go over to the cave in the south of the Veldt and find Relm at the end of the cave. Once you save Relm, assuming you didn't save Shadow, the pictures will attack you upon inspection.

And off topic: evidentally your welcome text rainbows if you're at 1337 posts. I knew it was like that for your birthday, but wow.
