Hello.

Can anyone tell me what the following attacks do ?

CursedGaze
ChokeSmoke
SlipHit

(All of them were used in Kefka’s tower)

The Attack guide and Monster Stats guide at my site should cover all of those. ChokeSmoke is found in the Attack guide, but because CursedGaze and Slip Hit are enemy Specials, you'll find them in the Monster Stats guide.
