hello everybody and this is cloud_strife and i was wondering if you can get the black materia?
ive heard so may rumors on that one and i cant get it i mean ive tried so many other ones and i cant get it, well i can say my friend has whtie materia AKA(holy)

and ive seen it and it is so kool but i cant seem to get black materia,hmmmm i am confused, so if there is a way can anyone tell me\



P.S:anyone else that wants to know about other rumors you can post them on here too, k

The Black Materia is a plot hook/part of the story. You'll be forced to come across it in scenes to complete the game, but thats it.

well i know that i have beaten the games so many times as you probably have read in some other replys but i have heard there are ways to get it and i m trying to figure it out but oh well, yeah i know the whole story and whatever trust me i have so many hs in the game i mean usually when the specific scenes come up i just sit there and repeat wht they say at the same tim, lol

Hmm...

Gameshark. Materia mod code. No white nor black materia exist (despite a small amount of dummied materias.)

Sorry. It's impossible.

Edit: To boot, a text dump reveals no significant information over either materia (at least, in terms of dialog.) So no dice mate.

You definitely get the Black materia during the game as a key item, but I don't think the White materia is entered in the database.

If you wanted to cast Holy or Meteor, poor you that's not possible in this world.

Of course you saw the White Materia, it's in a FMV...

Other than that, you can't "see" it.

well alrighty then i guess i can cross black materia off my list becuae i am trying to figure out these myths but ok that one is gone, thank you guys, yeah you acctuall y get the black materia in 2 parts of the game, just right beofre the temple collapses but then you give it up right away and then near toward the end of teh game and then you know the part. but ok thanks

c'mon, the game is gonna be a decade OLD in a few years, all the rumors came and went a long LONG time ago, c'mon, the only HOLY spell in the game is ALEXANDER.
