Are there more than 1 Chocobo??

In Final Fantasy Tactics, I know there are creatures you can tame, like a Chocobo. But, are there more than just two? I have a black Chococob (Or purple???) and like, three regular Chocobos. After saving Boco in Araguay Woods, but, what I really wanna know is, if there are more than those two, what kinda special abilities does each have?
