Wich sword is the best; the Ragnarok or the Illumina?
I think it is the Illumina. and is there a way to have both at the same time?

And also; where do I get the minevra armor?

I found the answer for the swords...

But I am still not sure where to get Minevra armor and Excalibur.

The Minerva armor, if I remember correctly, can be found at Kefka's Tower in a treasure chest.  The Excalibur must be won from one of the three statues, Goddess.  Also, according to monkey-wrench, you can steal a Minerva from Goddess.  At the colosseum, you can also bet the Czarina Gown (found in Daryl's Tomb, again if I remember correctly) and defeat the Sky Base to win the Minerva.  Equip a Safety Bit.

Also, you can win and steal them from Pugs in the treasure chest at Umaro's Cave.  If you can steal during the fight, you can get a minimum of three Minerva and a max of six if your luck is good.  Hell, two is all you need since the Czarina Gown is in Daryl's Tomb.

Not by a long shot.  Terra and Celes' Minerva has many elemental defenses, raises stats a few points, has more Defense/Mag.Def, and has a 10 M.Block bonus.  The Czarina Gown is for Relm only, has no defenses, only outclasses the Minerva in one area on stat upgrades (by 1 on Stamina, which isn't worth much of anything), slightly lower Defense/Mag.Def, no M.Block boost.  The Nutkin Suit beats it and you can get that by betting a Moogle Suit, which you can get tons of just before you get Relm back (only one if you can't steal).

PLEASE, people.  We don't have all this game data for nothing.  You can easily look up the statistics for weapons or armor on your own rather than posting it and having someone else look it up for you.

Thanks for all the good replies. I looked up the game data awhile ago and found several answers, and got the rest here.
