I was looking for a fanfiction site, I believe the search phrase was "Final Fantasy Fanfiction"

I did a google search for Final Fantasy Tactics. This was the only site that wasn't blocked by my company's firewall/websense garbage.

Well, I found the site about a year ago, from another site. I don't remember the name, only that it was Geocities.
I was searching for a hidden boss named Culex. He is a hidden boss in Super Mario RPG Legend of the Seven Stars. In SMRPGLSS, he was surronded by the 4 crystals on the Blue Planet surface. Culex looked exactly like a FF4 boss. So I typed in Hidden Boss Culex FF and up came a site which had the Legendary Czar Dragon for FF6 in the summary. So I went in and there was a link to your site. The only thing I remember other than that about the site is that it had something called Shadow's Cafe. -------------------- Could you repeat that? |

I voted other, the reason for this being that I forget things easily. First time I got to this site was actually a few months ago searching for "Final Fantasy 3 music". Now Either one of the following happened:
1. I came through an affiliate by means of a link accidentally. 2. I accidentally clicked on this site and clicked the back button right away. Now you may think "If Tonepoet left right away, how did he come about to registering. The answer is simple, I did the same search the next a long time. Then I accidentally clicked here again (Yes, I am that absent minded.) and this time took a look around. I don't know why I remember this though, especially when allot of other stuff flies right out of my head. -------------------- |

Hmmm.... It feels only like yesterday when I joined... Actually, it was yesterday come to think of it.
I was searching for, ummm, anime pictures, of some kind, and came across an image posted in one of your hilarious threads, when screenshots go wrong. So... uummm, do I qualify for the most idiotic find of your website? What did I win? This post has been edited by Neal on 7th November 2004 17:49 -------------------- Life may have no meaning. There was little FF-related hoohah that interested me, then this popped up in google. I think it was for a search to do with FFV. Anyhow, I sort of browsed this place for a few weeks, before joining.

I don't exactly recall how I came here; it was one of two ways:
I either found a topic on the forums by Googling, then reading it and liking what I read, or I found a link from GameFAQs, read a few posts, and made this my new home. -------------------- I don't pee in your pool, so please don't flame on my post. |

Google search for Final Fantasy VI rumours or something like that. Something with rumours, may have been an image search and that one with Sir Richard and Tiamat popped up. It was a while back, so I can't recall exactly.

This was a long time ago, keep that in mind. I found Caves of Narshe doing a search on google, not for anything you think, but GOGO, yes I was doing research on the gogo = adlai stevenson thing. It wasn't until a while later that I registered, HOWEVER, and this is the funny part, I accidentally said I was under 13 years old! Thats why I am called WebGraphics_ and not just WebGraphics.
Poor old WebGraphics... so sad that he is banned. Of all the FF forums I've come across, I would definately rate this one in the top 5. -------------------- ''The modern dictators are reviving a very ancient and encrusted way of life.'' [WHAT I THINK, Adlai Stevenson] |

I came through Heroes of Ivalice, one of your affiliates. I'm part of the staff over there, and Kairo's been talking a lot about CoN, since you're our only affiliates, so I thought I'd meander on over and take a peek, and I sure am glad I did.

I was looking for a particularly cool avatar of Sephiroth. Typed it into a search engine and this was the best place. I felt I should contribute for using the pic, so I made a few posts. And then found that, this forum is really cool! So decided to stick around.

I searched for maps of FFVI, and stumbled upon this site and forum (nice map, by the way, surely helped me out).
EDIT: To be somewhat more exact, I entered something like "ffvi maps" in Google. When I found this site, I decided to stick around. This post has been edited by DemonSeed on 12th April 2005 04:49 -------------------- |
