Galuf looks like he's wearing high heels, and his upper arm is bigger than his whole middle body.
I think you're trying to put too much detail (wrinkles) in such small sprites.
It's starting to make it hard to tell what is what.

Locke's skin is waaaay dark.
Does he go tanning now?

I like the Locke sprite. He likes pretty cool. His boots seem too small though. Should be pretty easy to fix.

I like the locke sprite too. I never saw him when he was "crispy locke" as I will affectionately call him from now on, but he looks nice now.

I think Galuf's proportions are a little off, and he was a little more cut that he needs to be, imo.

Thems pretty sweet!.

Superb work on locke, he's good graffics he looks cool and doesn't exceed sixteen colors.

As for galuf i'm not sure about the sheild, it looks kind of out of place for how the sword is held. Apart from that i'd give it an A++.

Oh yeah btw I redid the Lock sprite a bit by fixing up his shoes and giving it better shading and brightness. Same link.
