My favorite element would have to be Moon. (Mainly because I love the attack on Seiken Densetsu 2 known as "Change Form".)

Oops, started channeling someone else for a minute. Anyway, the fire crystal was the best, because it powered the steamship and had the spirit of courage, not to mention that it ended up giving you the shard for the Ninja job (love using it + knight ability to use Brave Blade and Excalibur). -------------------- "I was using a metaphor. I wish there was lightning. That by far is my favorite element in Square games. It looks cool. (I guess this is only limited to SoM?)

I found it hard to decide between Wind and Light, but eventually decided upon Light. My imagination sometimes runs away with me, and i find myself in a battlefield, on the losing side, then i invoke the powers of light and all my fallen comrades' wounds heal, their souls return to their bodies, and we own the enemy (OK OK... I KNOW! I WAS IN GEOGRAPHY CLASS AND I WAS VERY BORED, OK!?)

i was born under an earth sign, so i am sticking to that, the awsome element of earth
