i really don't think it matters, i don't look at the lips when the characters are talking,

it's just when i'm watching a real live movie that's english dubbed, then i don't like it.

Subbed. I prefer to hear the original language because it contributes more towards the overall ambiance. Plus the fact that most (but not all) dub voices are strange and don't contain as much "oomph" as the original voices.
