Don't get me wrong, I LOVE SoulCalibur III. The PROBLEM is what it can do to your Memory Card.
I've been playing this game nonstop since I got it for X-mas. I've unlocked all the jobs and used up most of my character slots. I have purchased many of the clothing and beaten story mode with a lot of the characters. The Problem? I was playing it on my sister's memory card because I temporarily misplaced it at a friends house. So I copied the data onto my mom's card to copy it onto my card. What happened afterward was a lot of B****ing from me and even more grief. The Tales of Swords portion of the data became corrupt. You can't fix it. You can only delete the entire game data. Luckily i remedied this by bringing my card back to my house (being the idiot I am, i left my mother's card at my friends house. D'oh!) and loading the data on my sister's card (she didn't delete anything I couldn't fix, thank god) and then saving it on my card via swithcing and game data. How did this happen? Here is a link to explain why this unfortunate event occurred: http://db.gamefaqs.com/console/ps2/file/so..._corruption.txt Damn you Namco, for screwing up on this. Anyone else who has this game have this problem? -------------------- Neneko is Neneko because Neneko couldn't be Neneko if Neneko wasn't Neneko! --as quoted from Neneko, Mahoraba {Heartful Days} I can stab a man with a thick paperback book thru the ribcage. |
