Does anyone know of any GOOD GIF animating software? I used to know of some really good ones, but now I can't remember 'em. Y'know, so you could animate stuff like this:

I haven't used anything but Adobe Imageready for the last few years, but I don't really do that much advanced animation, and haven't actually made an animation at all in months.

Nevermind, I found this nifty little animator, I found some others but this one is the simplest one so far. I did this simple animation to test it out.

I used this one program called Lake Animato (?) that was a free trial that was only supposed to last a certain time, and after that amount of time you couldn't save your work. However, if you actually made changes and tried to click out of it, it would ask you to save and it wouldn't all be for naught. I think I was on day 967 of 30 (or thereabouts) when I finally started clearing things off of my computer.

Shouldn't be too hard to find, I'd imagine, but it only reacted well to .bmp files, which aren't too great if you ask me. I did make a few animations though, that, to me, aren't half bad. Here's a select few of 'em with the larger and more strainful ones just linked to. Oh, and if they load slow or violate any advertising rules, feel free to edit 'em out, mods. tongue.gif

Should you choose to get this program, I'm sure you could find it at downloads.com or something.

I finally remembered the name of the program I used. Called Easytoons. Simple, but work.
