I can`t find the master Materia and i`v been looking for about a
week know if any one knows what i have to do to get one i would be thankful.

1. Master all magic materia and visit Bugenhagen's observatory.
2. Beat Emerald Weapon.
3. Check CoN's guide.

you can maste-RIZE three type of materias, magic, summon, command! Both Magic and Summon require ALL of the materias to be mastered, command is just a certain few, or you can just beat Emerald like the buddy above said and exchange the EARTH HARP reward in Kalm, the old man searching for 'stuff'!
