My friend said he captured it from the wild.
Is this possible? How can I get myself a Golden Chocobos? |

no it is impossible to catch golden chocobos in the wild

To recieve a gold chocobo, you must go through a long a fun tedious process of collecting nuts, greens, blue, green, and black chocobos. Have fun!
They can NOT be found in the wild -------------------- |

You can also trade in the Desert Rose (Won from Ruby Weapon) to the traveler in Kalm for a free one.

ruby weapon isn't hard...you just need mimic and knights of the round (paired with the gain mp materia can't remember name) W-summon and omnislash.....not too difficult

the chocobo the guy gives you sux...plus i had already bred a gold chocobo by the time i went to the second disc (i know you need a gold chocobo to get the summon) so i just fought Ruby Weapon for the fun of it......

This thread makes me laugh. Go here if you want to know how to get a gold chocobo. "dont chocobos rule?" needs to check his facts about getting a gold chocobo in disc 1. It's impossible without cheating. Topic closed for serving no purpose.
