I think you forgot ytbrnd.ytmnd.com. Same as the second, except with different faces.
Edit By the way, each of those ytmnd sites sets it own cookie. Watch out for that if you want to. There were a few other ones, but I just liked those three the best, the other ones had the same song as second one. And you can thank my friend for them, I was completely lost in laughter when I saw the first one.
