im still trying to kill dhoulmagus, i managed to kill two of the clones on my last try, but angelo ran out of mp, and i lost. (i need to distribute items properly.)

also, i watched a video of some crazy japanese person who beat rhapthorne with a level 21 or below party...craziness. (his last form, mind you.)

the japanese version keeps all the sound effects...but they took them out of the american version...oh well. like when you attack, that noise, or when you cast a spell. all those noises that were in the old games. i hope all you DQ people know what i mean.)

and, again, i notice the final battle music resembles the music played when you ride ramia in DQIII. maybe its related to DQVIII? thats my favorite DQ song, its very pretty.

edit: now its not not enough mp, its angelo dying...as it turns out, dhoulmagus has a second form. which gets about four actions a turn. wee. still, i will not give up (i really should level more though. that or get gold from gold golems to buy the best equipment at this point...)
