how do ya find mog in the world of balance?

after you blowt up the magicfactory in vector and you get control over the airship you go back to narshe. when you get here you go to the house to the south of arvis house , here you will find that stealing werewolf guy. follow him to the top of the mountain where the frozen esper is .here that bandit says he will kill mog if you come closer .the moment you can move again you go to the headmenu and go to the esper list .when you do so a scene starts and you must choose to save mog and then you'lle get mog, use him well

Cute. Useful. But you got him pretty late. He is the catalyse for some events in the beginning of the game.
